Empty Quarter
The Empty Quarter is one of three desert regions in the Arabian Peninsula,
along with the Al-Dahna Desert and the Nafud Al-Kabeer Desert.
The Empty Quarter extends from inside the Emirates in the east to Yemen in the west,
and to Oman and Yemen in the south. It is surrounded by heights from most directions.
Municipalities
spiders, rodents and plant life live in it, some animals such as gerbils and rabbits,
migratory birds such as bustards, crocodile, Qamari and income, and reptiles
such as lizards and snakes.
